What Vestige Index does
Vestige Index is a non-custodial DeFi execution interface for wallet-native swaps, cross-chain routing, native BTC execution, market discovery, trade context, earn access, and curated index-style exposure.

Fast start
1. Open https://www.vestigeindex.com/swap
2. Choose the asset you pay with.
3. Choose the asset you want to receive.
4. Review route, fee handling, provider, estimated output, and settlement path.
5. Connect a wallet only when ready to execute.
6. Sign directly in the wallet. Vestige Index does not custody user funds.

Execution providers
- LI.FI is the primary cross-chain and EVM route layer.
- 1inch provides same-chain EVM depth.
- ParaSwap is the EVM fallback when the primary route cannot complete.
- THORChain is the native BTC lane and is not treated as a generic fallback.
- Jupiter is the controlled Solana execution lane.

Current temporary fee posture
- EVM execution through LI.FI, 1inch, and ParaSwap: 0.15%.
- Cross-chain network-change route: 0.06%.
- Native BTC THORChain lane: 0.20%.
- Solana Jupiter lane target: 0.20%.
- VIGIX launch-era benefits are intended for VIGIX stakers after launch.

Wallet posture
- Users sign transactions from their own wallets.
- Vestige Index does not operate a deposit account or custodial balance layer.
- WalletConnect, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, BTC wallets, and Solana-compatible wallet paths are part of the user access surface.
