These terms summarize how Vestige Index should be understood as software: a wallet-native interface for routing, access, and decision clarity. They are not legal advice, but they are written to make the operating model legible before users interact with the app.
Vestige Index is a non-custodial software interface that helps users access swaps, cross-chain routing, trading tools, index surfaces, VIGIX access, and third-party protocol entry points. Vestige Index is not a bank, broker, custodial exchange, deposit venue, fiduciary service, or principal trading counterparty.
Users are responsible for the security of their wallets, devices, seed phrases, private keys, browser extensions, approvals, and destination addresses. Vestige Index cannot recover user assets lost through wallet compromise, signing mistakes, malicious software, wrong networks, or incorrect addresses.
Execution may depend on third-party networks and providers, including LI.FI, THORChain, Maya-compatible or BTC-native route providers, Lido, Aave, Jupiter, 1inch, 0x, Velora, WalletConnect/Reown, and the underlying blockchains. Vestige Index does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, route quality, settlement speed, or protocol performance.
Fees disclosed in the interface form part of the product model. Network costs, slippage, gas, liquidity-provider costs, and third-party protocol costs may apply separately from platform fees. Native BTC routing may be unlocked through VIGIX access while Vestige Index may choose not to add a separate platform fee on those routes.
VIGIX is positioned as a product utility and access layer for discounts, BTC native access, licensing, developer/API surfaces, and future software modules. Holding, buying, selling, or using VIGIX does not guarantee profit, yield, redemption, or continued access to any unsupported third-party service.
UTXO Suite tiers grant software access for a fixed period where applicable. UTXO Guard, Relay, AI, SDK, CDN, extension, and API surfaces are decision-support and integration tools unless a future audited release explicitly states otherwise.
